TO POST A COMPLAINT/PROBLEM: Witty names goes in "Name" and whatever the problem is goes in "Subject," broken link, broken code, etc. "Comments" is where everything else goes.
If you cannot get to the layouts, YOU NEED TO ACTUALLY READ THE AGREEMENT. That's all there is to it. Don't bother asking me about getting to the layouts.
It would be helpful if a Witty username or email is given when you ask a question. It would be easier to make a response/answer your question that way. Unless, of course, you regularly check this page. If that's the case, a username isn't needed.
